Our New View Across the Mersey…

We are now the largest independent sewing school in the north of England!

There are certain moments in a business journey that feel quietly significant — not just because of what’s changed, but because of what’s now possible.

We are so proud to share the expansion into our new Sewing Academy studio — a space that has been thoughtfully designed, carefully built, and created with one purpose at its heart: to give every student the room, tools and inspiration to truly enjoy learning.

A Space Designed for Creativity

From the very beginning, our vision has always been about more than just teaching sewing. It’s about creating an environment where people feel comfortable, capable and creatively inspired.

Our new studio brings that vision to life on a whole new scale.

With a 22-seat teaching space, we can now welcome more students while still maintaining the supportive, personal atmosphere that makes our classes so special. There is space to move, space to think, and space to create — something that makes a real difference when you’re learning new skills.

Professional Tools, Real Experience

One of the most exciting additions to the studio is our massive custom built 8ftlong cutting tables.

If you’ve ever worked on a small surface at home, you’ll know how transformative it is to have room to properly lay out fabric, cut accurately and work comfortably. These tables bring a more professional feel to every session, helping students experience sewing the way it’s done in industry — but in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Our Dedicated Craft Room

Alongside the main studio, we’ve created a dedicated 12 seat craft room — a space that allows us to expand into more specialist workshops and creative techniques.

From embroidery and textile art to mixed media projects, this room gives us the flexibility to run a wider range of classes and offer even more opportunities to explore creativity. It’s a quieter, focused space that lends itself beautifully to detailed, mindful work.

We have a relaxed reception area with our impressive coffee station and chill out area. Also, our shop are just got bigger.

Our studio looks out over the iconic Liverpool waterfront and docks, offering a backdrop that is nothing short of stunning. The light, the movement, and the sense of openness all add something special to the experience of being here.
