1. Payment Options
We offer three convenient ways to pay for your sessions with us:
Full Payment: Pay the full course fee at the time of booking.
Payment Plan: Secure your spot with a 35% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is paid in three equal installments over the first three weeks of the course.
Clearpay: Pay in four interest free payments with this popular credit provider
2. How the Payment Plan Works
A 35% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your place.
The remaining balance is split into three equal payments.
Weekly card payment links will be sent out 24h prior to each session, and each payment must be made on the same day it is due in order to attend the next class.
Missed payments:
Our payment plans are offered as a courtesy to make participation in our classes more accessible. They are interest-free and do not include provisions for covering the additional administrative costs associated with missed payments.
If a scheduled payment is missed, a reminder email and/or text message will be sent the following day. If the payment is not made promptly after this reminder, the payment plan will be voided. In such cases, the full remaining balance will become immediately due, and students will not be permitted to continue attending classes until payment is received in full.
Additionally, please note that if a payment is missed and the plan becomes void, our standard cancellation policy will no longer apply.
We are able to accept contactless payments in class.
Day Classes Payment Plan:
If you're using the payment plan for a one-day class, full payment must be completed no later than 72 hours before the scheduled class time. Late payments may result in your booking being forfeited.
Clearpay:
To use clearpay, we need to send you a separate invoice with a payment link. Either fill out the form HERE or email us at charmingosews@yahoo.com to complete your booking using this option.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
We do not allow cancellations, but we do offer flexibility
Rescheduling: You may transfer your booking to another date or class, subject to availability. Allowed up to 5 days in advance of the class or course start.
Booking Transfers: You may transfer your booking to another person up to 24 hours before the class start time. Inform us of the new attendee’s name and contact details. You can update this online, click the link in your confirmation email.
